Tucked away to the right of Halberg Chiropractic, you'll find that we have a gym! Angeles Fitness offers two types of classes with a coach that's there to motivate and assist with your training every step of the way! The first is a crossfit style high intensity training which includes a combination of various types of cardio exercises such as running, jump rope, row machine and cycling. This class will also include various weight lifting exercises, kettle bells, slam balls and wall balls along with core exercises. The second type of class is our dumbbells & bodyweight training class in which we use free weights, body weight and resistance bands for training. All classes are unique and constantly changing.
Worried that you're not quite in shape? No worries, all classes are scalable to suit all fitness levels. We'll meet you at whatever level you're at!

Dumbbells & Bodyweight
Monday - Friday @ 9:00 a.m
M, W, Th, F @ 4:30 p.m
