Halberg Chiropractic offers steam and sauna therapy as part of a holistic approach to your wellness routine.  Both steam rooms and saunas offer unique benefits such as respiratory benefits, muscle relaxation, joint and muscle relief, detoxification, skin hydration and improved circulation.  Regular use of heat therapy can contribute to your overall sense of well-being.

Steam Room

Individual Steams

60 minutes for $30 

Add $10 per person up to 6 people

Steam & Sauna hours are 6 a.m - 5:30 p.m M-F  ~ Saturday's at 8:30  a.m only

Saturday steams are prepay ~  *Call to see if other times are available

If you forget to bring your own towel, not to worry.  Towel rentals are available for $1.
